Entiendo que la salida era a las 11 y aunque pedí una hora más porque llegamos tarde un día anterior, hubo cero disponibilidad o flexibilidad y mientras estábamos terminando de arreglarnos ya estaban adentro haciendo la limpieza encima de nosotros literal, lo que había sido una buena experiencia terminó siendo una mala por la cero flexibilidad y empatía.

Para nosotros fue perfecto por la ubicación ya que el plan de ir por reforma, chapultepec en especial el zoológico y el fin de semana donde se realiza el cicloton fue ideal ya que nos desplazamos caminando todo el tiempo y para cenar la zona de polanco ideal con variedad y total de opciones

The apartment is modern, clean, well presented, spacious and exactly as presented on the photos. We broadly enjoyed our stay, however unfortunately the noise did spoil it somewhat; the apartment is right next to the building reception, with little soundproofing - we could hear loud conversations, as if they were in the room with us, and doors slamming all day. At night the noise from reception stopped, but noise from the nearby busy roads kept us up. If they can sort the soundproofing out, this would be a great place to stay. Host was very helpful and proactive. The location is great for access to Chapultepec Park and districts to the north of it, but to get to the bars, restaurants and hotspots in Roma Norte and Condesa, you have to navigate very large, busy roads.

Overall, the place and location was great. If you’re not planning on renting a car, you can disregard the following.
The host said that parking was not provided. However, the parking garage down the street said that parking is included and that the host simply did not want to be charged valid parking fees.
Due to this, I parked on the street and unknowingly received a ticket and my vehicle was immobilized.
I spent several hours of my day dealing with a foreign government, trying to get my car mobilized again.
The host was not helpful at all and refused to cover any of the parking fine. My biggest complaint was that if they had simply told me to park at the garage down the street that was included for anyone staying at the complex, it would’ve completely avoided all of this.
In these circumstances, simply saying I’m sorry is not acceptable. The host could’ve done so much more, at a minimum, covered the cost of the parking fine due to their lack of properly educating guests.

I loved my stay in Mexico City. It was 5yrs since my last visit to Mexico City and I fell back right in love all over again. Thank you for taking great care of myself and my family during our stay. Looking forward to visiting again and staying here again.

Great location and communication. The a/c in one of the rooms was noisy when you lowered the air. It would be nice if we had bathroom rugs, dish washing detergent so we could wash the dishes that we used but other than that it was worth it.
